Petite Planning Company was built by a former New York investment banker who fell in love with weddings while planning her own. What started as a personal obsession became a business built on the belief that great planning looks a lot like great leadership: clear communication, honest advice, and someone who actually knows what they're doing in the room.
We're a small, intentional team with dedicated planners in New Jersey, New York, and Tampa Bay — which means you get local expertise and genuine relationships, not a planner who's just passing through. We work with a limited number of couples each year, and we're selective on purpose. When we say we're in your corner, we mean it.

Introductory Call
We’ll begin with a relaxed phone or video call to get to know you and your vision. During this conversation, we’ll walk through where you are in the planning process, discuss your priorities, and identify which of our planning experiences aligns best with your needs. It’s also an opportunity to review pricing, expectations, and how we can best support your day.

Contract Signing & Deposit
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your contract electronically for effortless e-signature. From there, the system will guide you through submitting your deposit — simple, secure, and transparent. No hidden fees, just a smooth start to the planning experience.

Once everything is signed, we’ll dive right in. Depending on your selected package, we’ll begin with immediate next steps — from vendor outreach to design foundations. You’ll be introduced to your lead planner (your new planning BFF!) and we’ll start bringing your celebration to life.
