These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://www.petiteplanningcompany.com (the "Site"), operated by Petite Planning Company LLC ("Petite Planning Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About These Terms

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. They do not govern the wedding planning or coordination services we provide to booked clients — those services are governed by the separate service agreement (contract) you sign with us through HoneyBook, our client management platform, which takes precedence over these Terms for anything related to your event.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any related network
scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks connected to the Site

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is owned by Petite Planning Company LLC unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Photography and videography featured on the Site are, in most cases, owned or co-owned by the wedding vendors (photographers, videographers, venues, and other creative partners) who captured them, and are used on the Site with permission. Vendor credit is provided where applicable. This content may not be downloaded, reproduced, or reused — including for commercial purposes, social media, or portfolio use — without the express written permission of the applicable rights holder.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

Testimonials and Client Content

We may feature testimonials, quotes, or references to real weddings and clients on the Site. These are shared with the relevant couple's permission. If you are a past client and would like a testimonial, photo, or reference to your wedding removed, please contact us using the details below.

No Guarantee or Offer

Information on the Site — including pricing ranges, service descriptions, availability, and blog content — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of services. Our actual services, pricing, and terms of engagement are set out exclusively in the signed service agreement between Petite Planning Company and each client.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current but do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as vendor websites, press features, or social media) that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petite Planning Company LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability under the separate service agreement governing planning or coordination services for booked clients.

Governing Law
